A little transparency.

A focused reading experience

UpCrafted does not add advertising trackers. The site caches public feed items and resource-link health to keep the collection useful. Reading preferences and earlier bookmarks may remain in this browser. New saved resources and saved roles are stored with your signed-in account and can be reopened on another device. Unsaving removes them from that account collection. Standalone estimator inputs remain in the page unless you carry them into a project and save it.

Your sign-in

On the public site, we use your email address to send a one-time sign-in code through Resend. An essential, secure session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Signing out revokes that session. Codes expire after ten minutes; expired authentication records are cleaned up automatically. Signing in does not join the newsletter or start a paid subscription.

Private tool drafts

When you choose Save draft in a Pro workspace, your answers are stored with your signed-in account identifier and the tool name. Drafts are private to your account and can be reopened when you return. Export a copy at any time. Inputs are not sent to an AI service or used to infer a market-value score.

Projects and artwork

Saved projects include the client details, scope, documents, approval references and payment records you enter. Studio defaults are stored separately for reuse. Uploaded artwork is resized into private presentation copies and saved immediately to the selected project; use Remove beside an image to delete that copy. Original production files stay in your own storage. Project backups contain project data, while artwork is stored separately. Project information is not sent to an AI service, and saving does not send anything to your client.

Saved inspiration

Inspiration favorites are stored on the site using your signed-in account identifier, together with the reference details and the time you saved it. They are private to your account and available when you return signed in. Unsave a reference to remove it from your collection. Images remain with their source providers.

The Weekly Brief

When you submit the newsletter form, your email address goes directly to Kit to handle your subscription and newsletter delivery. Follow any confirmation instructions provided during signup. You can unsubscribe using the link in each newsletter.

How we select the brief

Selection is automated and balanced across publications. Stories and jobs leave the feed after 30 days; undated items and duplicates are filtered out. Resource links are checked regularly, and repeatedly unavailable resources are hidden.

Original work, original sources

Article headlines, images, and listings link to their publishers. Those publishers retain ownership of their work. Some imagery is loaded from external providers, which may process standard web request information. Resource icons and book covers may be loaded from Google.

Inspiration sources

The inspiration feed combines selected Pinterest references with public design feeds. It prioritizes typography, branding, editorial systems, and material craft while keeping a mix of sources. Inspiration references can be older than the current news cycle. Descriptive UpCrafted titles are identified in the enlarged view.

External links

Resources, applications, and purchases take place on their providers’ sites. They have their own privacy policies. Book links are affiliate links to Bookshop.org. UpCrafted may earn a commission when you purchase through them, at no extra cost to you.

Hosting

The hosting service may process standard request information for access control and security. This site does not sell personal data.
